SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to ensure that all products listed on the site are available and are in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to change, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse. We aim to make the products reach you within 7-25 business days from receipt of the order depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our shipping partner, logistics companies, or Postal Services.

Though we use the best logistics partners in India, during festivals, national holiday, etc. The delivery of your shipment might get delayed. For outlier locations in case, your address is not serviceable by our partners, we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make our products reach you. 

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes.  2 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing, and orders will be canceled. We suggest confirming your COD order to call for a smooth delivery experience.

Our courier partners will contact you on the contact number provided. Failing to receive or attend to the calls will result in your order being returned to our warehouse.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled or lost in transit from us.
