Y2O Cancellation & Return Policy​
​​Cancellation Policy
Time Frame for Cancellation/Modification:

Please initiate any cancellation or modification within 1-2 hours after placing your order.

Email all cancellation details to infoaty2o@gmail.com with your Order ID for quicker processing.
Refund Conditions for Canceled Orders:

Full refund will be issued if the order is canceled before the package is handed over to the courier.

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been dispatched or booked by the courier.
Delivery Delays:

Y2O is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

No cancellations or refunds will be granted for delayed orders caused by third-party shipping partners.

Conditions for Domestic Returns & Exchanges:

You must initiate return requests within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing returns.y2o@gmail.com with your Order ID and product details.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including shoe box, tags, and any included accessories).

Y2O reserves the right to conduct a quality check to determine the eligibility of the return or exchange.
Ineligible Scenarios for Exchange/Return:

Return/exchange requests made after 7 days from delivery.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Items returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase (bills).

Items marked as non-returnable or clearance sale products.

Special Conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer. Once the return is approved, customers will be required to share their bank account details with our team.

For COD orders, any shipping fees or COD handling fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges for COD orders are accepted as per standard policy, with adjustments for any difference in pricing.
Defective or Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by sending an email to infoaty2o@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including the Order ID, pictures, and a video of the defect.

Upon approval, you will be responsible for shipping the product back within 48 hr. of confirmation, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
For Exchanges:

You can exchange the product for another item of the same value or adjust the difference for higher/lower value products.

We work with trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Deliveries are made during standard business hours (9 AM to 7 PM), Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to two times. If the delivery fails both times due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, the package will be returned to us.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, lockdowns, or unforeseen events.
